Conduct a trademark search

You should search all U.S. trademarks on before filing your application, to determine whether anyone is already claiming trademark rights in a particular mark. You may conduct a search online for free on for all U.S. trademarks and marks filed in many U.S. states.  Soon, Trademarkia will have marks in all 50 states. If your mark includes a design element, you will need to search it by using a design code, which has been identified as Categories on Trademarkia.
